    how to pay

We encourage everybody to pay membership fees by standing order where possible.  If for any reason you are unable to pay by standing order or online banking, then please speak to a leader who can make arrangements for you to pay by cash on a weekly or monthly basis.   Instructions of how to pay are included on our Standing Order form which can be downloaded.  Please ensure you include the name of your Young Person/People that the payment is for to help our admin team match up your payment with the register.

PLEASE COMPLETE A GIFT AID DECLARATION

For every donation and membership subscription, we can claim 20% tax relief from the HMRC, provided you or whoever pays the subscription pays tax in the UK.  This is a vital part of our fundraising and does not cost you a penny extra.  We encourage every parent/carer to complete a Gift Aid Declaration form if applicable.  This can be done by downloading the form, or online when you receive an invitation on our Online Scout Manager (OSM).
