Stage 1 - Roof, Staircase, and Bridge

Roger de Haan Foundation – A charitable organization supporting community projects in Kent, contributed £1,000.

Sport England – A public body investing in grassroots sports, provided £85,000 to support the renovation.

Kent County Council, contributed £2,000 to the project.

Group Fundraising Activities & Private Donations – The Scout group organized various activities such as May Fayre, Cricket Match, and GoFundMe, raising £4,138.

Local Recovery Grant – Provided £2,000 to aid in post-pandemic recovery efforts.

 

Innovation Grant (KCC) – Provided £1,000 to encourage creative community solutions.

Stage 2 - Top Floor Renovations

Tudor Trust – A national grant-making trust supporting voluntary sector groups, donated £100,000.

Cllr Trevor Shonk – A local council representative, contributed £1,000.

A group supporting former submariners, donated £50.

Wickes Donated £500 in materials and discounted flooring.

 

Burbridge’s – A materials supplier, contributed OSB board valued at £500.

Stage 3 - Kitchen Fitting

Kent Community Foundation – A charitable organization supporting community initiatives, provided £5,000.

Group Fundraising – Additional costs were covered through various fundraising efforts.

Stage 4 - CCTV and Alarm Systems

Ramsgate Town Council – contributed £3,500

Stage 5 - Installing the Lift

Tudor Trust – Provided an additional £2,939.

Bernard Sunley Foundation – A charity funding capital projects, contributed £45,000.

Stage 6 - Doors, Windows and Brickwork Repairs

Tudor Trust – Donated £9,362.

Thanet Community Small Grants Fund – Provided £10,000 to support the renovations.

Thanet Lotto Grant – Contributed £2,000 from a local community lottery.

 

Ramsgate Town Council – Donated £1,000.

Stage 7 – External Brickwork Repairs & Internal Community Centre Works

This stage is yet to be funded, with £295,813.44 raised so far.
